Specificity promotes safety and efficiency.
I train clients to work for a concentrated time of 30 minutes using various functional methods. Effort is quick paced and intentional. One hour sessions are for those who have more time to include cardio intervals. I utilize free weights, suspension training, medicine balls, kettlebells, resistance bands, the Total Gym, Piyo techniques and rope undulation.

Clients ages range from 13 and beyond. I’ve worked with prenatal, postnatal, and rehabilitating clients with all different abilities.
Prerecorded Videos $20
A demonstration of full body drills, using little to no equipment. You can use it as often as you want, by yourself, with your partner or your kids! First one is free!
Personal Training $15 half hour

Live Training via ZOOM $15
It's me in my garage talking directly to you at a specified time, with intentionality and specificity for each drill. It may keep someone more accountable since it's a LIVE session.
Text Workout $10
A workout you can use once, twice or as many times as you'd like. Let me know what equipment you have and I will send a series of sets with instructions via text.

Benicia is home and I am grateful for my community. I have two active boys and am married to a wonderful man for almost 20 years. We enjoy walking downtown with our dog Stinson and going to kid events/games on the weekends. Training compliments my lifestyle and gives me the opportunity to work with great people who I can call friends.
